FCA Sports was created to provide a different kind of club sports experience — one where athletes are challenged to grow not only in their sport, but also in their faith, leadership, and character. We believe competition can be a ministry environment and that coaches and teams can make a lasting impact far beyond the scoreboard.

Built Different



FCA Sports is intentionally designed to be different from performance-only youth sports models. While we pursue excellence and competitive development, our foundation is faith and character. Coaches are not just instructors — they are ministry leaders. Wins matter, but who athletes become matters more. What this looks like: Huddles are not an add-on — they are who we are. Everything we do is on purpose, for a purpose. We are structurally built so discipleship can happen at every level.

A path to somewhere



FCA Sports is not just a season or a team — it is a pathway for growth. Every athlete, coach and family is invited into a clear developmental journey that is spiritual, athletic and personal. What this looks like: We have curriculum built to develop coaches and athletes both spiritually and physically — not just character development, but a structured journey designed to take coaches and athletes somewhere meaningful with Jesus.

Winning off the field



Success in FCA Sports is measured bymore than the scoreboard. We define winning as growth in character, relationships, leadership and faith. What this looks like: Coaches and parents receive resources to continue the conversation outside of practices and games — connecting spiritual topics to real life: relationships, school, identity and everyday decisions. When athletes win off the field, we know we are fulfilling our mission.

Coaching for more



FCA Sports coaches are called to coach for more than results. They are committed to holistic athlete development — physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. What this looks like: We train coaches to see every moment as a ministry opportunity — slowing down to connect sport to faith, coaching both the heart and the X's and O's. Coaches don't remove their coach hat to be spiritual. They are called to where they are, for a reason.

Discipleship through sports



Sport is our ministry environment — it is wherethe true work happens. FCA Sports exists to lead coaches and athletes into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ through competition, training and team culture. What this looks like: Coaches lead by saying "follow me as I follow Christ" — inviting athletes into prayer, question-asking and discipleship. We minister to and through the coach, building disciples who make disciples. Discipleship through sport is not an add-on — it is the reason we exist.
